This family session was an absolute treat (and not because momma sent me home with a six pack of seltzers after, lol.) This is the Seidler family. I have been photographing mom and dad long before Cole and Audrey came into the picture — I’ve done extended family sessions for them and Carly’s parents and siblings since 2015. When I tell you this family reminds me of my own insane, loving, hilarious family I mean it. I absolutely adore every minute I get to spend with them, and cannot wait to document their kids as they grow.
Four days before our session, THEY MOVED INTO A NEW HOUSE. Most parents I know would have immediately rescheduled, but Carly and Adam wanted to document their literal fresh start before their furniture even arrived, and an empty living room with wood floors and white walls was music to my little photographer ears.
We started with some photos on the living room floor, ran around the backyard, and finished by playing tag in the front yard. Cole and Audrey are some of the most well behaved kids I have ever photographed, and are SO GOOD at following my prompts and loving on each other (and mom and dad!) to create absolute magic.
