From the moment you book until the moment your final gallery is delivered, you can expect a smooth and seamless experience whether that is on backend logistics and planning, or being in front of my camera. I pride myself on how I work with my clients and vendor teams to ensure wedding day is absolute perfection.
It is expected that clients working with Arielle are working with a partial or full service wedding coordinator. It is not required for Arielle's associate team, but encouraged.
Average client investment with Arielle is $11,000. Associate investment begins at $6,000.

We can't say enough good things about Arielle. She captured so many beautiful moments of our daughter's wedding that it literally brings tears to my eyes thinking about it. She and the Bride consulted about what kind of vision was imagined for the photographs and a list was made of the must have shots throughout the day. Arielle and Ness were a calming presence to such an exciting and emotional day. They rallied the troops when necessary and stepped back when needed as well. We received preview photos of the big day the day after the wedding and the full gallery less than 6 weeks after the wedding! The hardest part is yet to come because we now have to choose from the hundreds of photos to remember such a cherished day. Arielle will be someone that we call on for years to come for special family moments.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO YOU BOOK?
Wedding clients typically book 6-12 months out, but some book sooner and some later.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BOOK YOU?
To book, you must have a confirmed wedding date and venue.
do you recommend engagement photos?
Short answer: yes. But it is not required. They help you get comfortable in front of the camera, and it allows us to get to know each other before your wedding day.
how much should i expect to spend?
My average client investment is $10,000 and above for 2025. Average investment with Vanessa is $6000.
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
Yes. I only require that 25% of your balance is due at the time of contract signing. The remainder can be broken up into as many or as little payments as you need.
how many weddings do you shoot per year?
After being in the industry for almost a decade, I am very selective about who I work with and the number of weddings I take on. It allows me to have the energy to document your day without burnout. I aim to shoot 15-20 weddings per calendar year.
